Report Form for Service Providers

If you are a provider of an Internet service and you have been advised, in the course of providing that service, of an IP address or a URL where child pornography may be available to the public, you may submit a report to Cybertip.ca provided that you do not have any reason to believe your Internet service is being used or has been used to commit the child pornography offence. In situations where there is a belief that your Internet service is being used/has been used to commit a child pornography offence, you must report directly to your local law enforcement agency.

When reporting to Cybertip.ca, please enter your access key and the URL/IP address you wish to report below. If you do not have an access key, you can create one here. If you have previously created an access key and would like to reset it, please click here.

Once your report has been submitted, you will be issued an electronic receipt, which we recommend you retain for a minimum of two (2) years.

Please note that the URL or IP address provided in this report may be forwarded to authorities for investigation. If personal information is collected through the reporting process, it will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

* Is the URL/IP address above located on your network? If so, please report this information to your local law enforcement agency. If you require additional information, please contact us.
