Reset Your Access Key

To reset your access key, we will require the Company Email address you originally signed up with. Upon submission, an email will be sent to that email address containing a link to reset the key.

The IP address of the computer you use to submit your request will be collected and stored by the Canadian Centre and linked to your Company Name and Access Key for a period of no more than one month. Such IP address may be disclosed to law enforcement should it be determined that the reporting process has been or is being abused or improperly used.
